First things first, just to avoid falling into the “Night of the Living Dead” hole…This site and its contents are © 2026 – Jeff Dellinger. All rights reserved.
Okay, I feel better. But, while we’re here underlining things that are found on every single page across the site, let me also repeat: All the content of this site is mine and mine alone. It does not (nor is it intended to) reflect the positions, strategies, or opinions of my employer, family, friends, or random acquaintances.
To put it another way: if you have beef with something you see here (or on my social media feeds), that beef is with me. Address your concerns appropriately; don’t go bothering other, totally uninvolved people with them.

Hey, look everyone! It’s the ‘FAIR USE’ Sign!

Copyright Disclaimer under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976: Allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. All rights and credit go directly to its rightful owners. No copyright infringement is intended.
As a (hobbyist) creator myself, I have nothing but respect for the importance of other creators’ copyrights. I pay to license the graphics, images, music, and effects I use in my work; I do make frequent use of pre-existing characters or story elements, but only those that are already in the public domain. Any use of images, clips, or audio cues in my work that are still under copyright is either a) inadvertent or b) done in way that qualifies as “fair use” in the context of the piece.
